BIM-based decision support for building condition assessment

Building condition assessment requires the integration of various types data such as building characteristics, properties elements/systems and maintenance records. Previous research has focused on identifying these developing a risk model based Bayesian networks (BN). However, due to interoperability issues, process transferring is performed manually, which considerable time effort. To address this issue, paper presents integrate into BIM. The proposed implemented in existing software case study tested evaluated three scenarios. Addressing will leverage BIM tool repository automate transfer improve its consistency reliability. It also enable be more effective for causality analysis visualization.
